Getting Started

We understand that everyone likes different things and that your clients have their own needs and wishes, so we make sure our services are tailored to yours and your clients needs. Our support is completely flexible. Check with your local service for details of what we can offer you.

Before you sign up with us, we listen carefully to you and find out exactly what you want from your support and rehabilitation. We then put together a plan that clearly sets out what you want us to do. We can grow or reduce your support according to what you tell us you need.

If you wish to make changes to your support, or just talk about it, you can always talk to your team or get in touch with your allocated Care Package Coordinator.

Referral:

A Client is normally referred to us via a ‘representative’ case manager, social worker, rehabilitation clinic or solicitor, an initial needs assessment has been done to identify the need for support, care or rehabilitation - our involvement begins.

Independant Request:

Once you contact us requesting our service, A Care Package Coordinator and/or a Team Leader we will be happy to visit you at your home to discuss your needs in more detail. You can invite your family or friends to be there to support you and be involved in the set up the support package.

This visit is free and you are under no obligation to agree to any of our services. Many people are entitled to assistance with the cost of their care and support. Once you feel comfortable with what we can do for you, the rest can be left to us.

The AICS Group will complete an assessment to determine the amount of support needed, the type of staff that would best be suited to the client, the days of the week the client requires support and brief medical history during the first conversation.

Our senior staff members are experienced in assisting with court documentation, personal & medical concerns, and so forth. We aim to meet the demands created by the client, case manager and the support team to ensure the specific needs of our clients are met. Meetings/Supervisions are held once a month with the Key Support Workers, Senior Support Worker and Care Package Coordinator. and court case evidence.
