AICS Group provides care and support to individuals throughout the UK. AICS Group offers bespoke
support and rehabilitation service to clients within their own homes, in residential care settings and
rehabilitation facilities. AICS Group focuses on rehabilitation with the support of clinicians and specialised therapists; they
work as a team towards specific goals.
We at AICS group prefer to either have social care education or minimum of 1 year experience within the
health care, however we encourage all candidates to apply who have interests and enthusiastic to work
within care industry.
After you apply by sending your CV to info@aicsgroup.co.uk, our recruitment team will evaluate and
send the application form as the initial step. After completing the application form, we will schedule for the video interview.
If selected you will be going through 4 mandatory trainings and then will be placed to meet the client,
following a shadow shift. Through the entire process, you will need to submit all relevant documents.
To begin with, please send us your CV and interest in working within care industry.
You will need to fill in our application form (which will include all previous addressed for the last 5 years),
Medical form, Equality & Diversity form and Code of Conduct.
Additionally, need to provide us with:


• Candidate Profile and An interesting fact about me.
• A colour photo with a Smile 😊 (similar to the photo which is given for the passport)
• 2 x proof of address for example: 1x bank or credit card statement (dated within last 3
months)
• 1 x utility bill/council tax/HMRC or government letter (dated within last 3 months)
• Copy of current DBS if applicable or an old DBS (we can obtain a new DBS if required)
• Proof of National Insurance
• Driving Licence and Motor Insurance certificate (if applicable)
• Copy front cover of the passport
• Copy of passport
• Visa or settlement letter (if applicable)
• Any training certificates and/or qualifications or other professional certificates. (please note we
cannot add trainings or qualifications on your profile without evidence of your certificate, please
note screen shots cannot be accepted).

All Rehab Support workers will be self-employed.
We are flexible and offer both. However, most of our interviews are conducted online.
All our rehab support workers will be provided with:

Currently, we do not provide sponsorship/ work permit. All British & Irish citizens and those with Settled
Status under the EU Settlement Scheme are currently able to work in the UK without restrictions. If you
are applying outside these limitations, you will require a work permit/visa.
We at the AICS group help you in applying for the DBS as you will need a fully Enhanced (Child & Adult
Barred) DBS. If you have registered for the Update Service (online DBS) you will need to provide us with
a copy of the original certificate. 


An existing DBS certificate that has not been registered for the Update Service is non-transferrable

between companies and therefore, we will need to apply for a new one on your behalf. The cost of your
DBS is £52 which is payable through our DBS provider platform.
All criminal convictions must be declared during the application process. If you have committed an
offence your suitability to work with us will be evaluated and a risk assessment will be conducted against
the type of offence, whether it is ‘spent’ or ‘unspent’, when it was committed and after a conversation with
yourself, the final decision will be made by our Compliancy Manager.
We provide 4 mandatory trainings which include Induction training, Mandatory training, Medication
awareness and Epilepsy awareness with Buccal Midazolam. The training certificates remain the property
of The AICS Group but can be purchased at a nominal fee.
End to end recruitment can take anywhere between 3 – 4 weeks. After completion of the interview, if
selected candidates should provide us all the necessary documentation and start with the training.
Simultaneously, reference check will be conducted.
Sometimes when you are at a client location, if there is a delay in arrival of another rehab support
worker, we would expect you to remain with the client. During this overtime period, overtime will be paid
accordingly.
Our clients are located in their individual homes, and they are across London and the South East.
We provide 4 mandatory trainings. However, if a new Rehab Support worker needs additional training
specific to clients’ requirements, our trainer and package manager will work closely with the rehab
support worker and provide all the information, trainings, and confidence to handle the client.
All rehab support workers are self-employed, so will be eligible to take any number of leave/ times off,
which is unpaid. However, we request 2 weeks’ notice when taking the leave/time off, so that The AICS
Group can arrange cover during your absence.
At the AICS group, we have a graded structure:
Challenges are varied depending on the clients’ requirements. For example; challenging behaviour,
administering medication, community access etc. The AICS group provide specific trainings based on
need.
